Apache/2.4.57启用HTTP/2
要启用 HTTP/2，需要在编译 Apache 时指定 --enable-http2，但 yum 安装的 Apache 不支持此选项。
可将编译好的 mod-http2.so（在 CentOS 7 上编译）放置在 /usr/lib64/httpd/modules 目录中。
