Two-Stage Stochastic Integer Program Solver with C# and CPLEX

This article discusses the implementation of an integer L-shaped method for solving two-stage stochastic integer programs. We used C# and CPLEX to solve programs with first-stage binary variables and second-stage general integer variables. Our method is efficient and reliable, making it an ideal choice for solving complex optimization problems.
