基于集成触发芯片TCA785的晶闸管触发器设计

　　大功率可控硅半导体器件具有使用寿命长、电压高、电流大、环境适应性强等优点，因此在高功率脉冲技术方面得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍一种基于专用集成触发芯片TCA785的晶闸管触发器， 同时介绍了一种以TCA785集成触发器为核心的大功率晶闸管触发电路系统的应用实例。

　　High-power SCR semiconductor has many advantages， such as long life-span， high voltage and current， and strong adaptability. So it is widely used in high-power pulse technology .The paper introduced a SCR trigger based on TCA785 and cited a concrete example of high-power SCR trigger circuit system， centering with TCA785 integrate trigger.
