Performance Characteristics of Diode Pumped Yb:YAG Laser

In this paper, the performance characteristics of diode-pumped Yb: YAG laser such as the temperature distribution and thermal lensing effect inside laser rod are investigated. The theoretical results are in agreement with the experimental ones.
