This tool is used to convert MapInfo Vertical Mapper (GRD / GRC) files to ENTERPRISE height and clutter data. To run this tool, the user needs to first put the GRD/GRC file under the same folder as the application tool file (i.e.vm-convert.exe) and then either double click on the vm-convert.exe file
