1.loaddata命令
把单个xml文件导入：
windchillwt.load.LoadFromFile-dtestType.xml-uhongdu-phongdu
把csv文件转化为xml文件：
windchillwt.load.util.CSV2XML–inputtest001AttrDefinizer.csv
把多个xml文件导入：
windchillwt.load.LoadFileSet-fileD:\ptc\Windchill_9.1
