CompTomo-0.01

This is a package of programs which implement filtered backprojection for 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and to some extent, 2nd generation CT. The programs are: SheppLogan - generates projection data from the Shepp-Logan head phantom recon - performs filtered-backprojection sl2recon - generates a reconstructed image of the Shepp-Logan phantom without backprojection recon2img - converts the file format to TIFF front - ncurses interface to the programs
