hibernate3.1和struts1.2不兼容问题

hibernate3.1和struts1.2构建网站时出现如下错误提示：“java.lang.SecurityException:class"org.apache.commons.collections.SequencedHashMap"'ssignerinformationdoesnotmatchsignerinformationofotherclassesinthesamepackage”的解决方法。
