可以用，没有更好的，所以只能用这个了
win10 64位亲测用不了 vc_redist.x86.exe装了还提示丢失文件,又卸载了装了64位版本的c++2015还是不能用
可以使用，直接覆盖之前的版本，就行。非常方便。
