fortran 解线性方程组

This method is motivated by row action method with accelerated factor to solve system of linear equations AX=b. Its validity is proved by geometrical approach and this method can assure arbitraty compatible system of linear equations of the convergence. In fact this method is quite easy to be applied in parallelized caculation.
